Starla is a 2-year-old silver tabby with a starry personality. She's the kind of cat that only needs a few moments to warm up to someone new and then she's all cuddles and purrs. After you've passed her initial screening, Starla will do back flips and rolls to get your attention. She's a sweetheart who would do well in most homes given a proper introduction.

Her foster says that she's a curious and confident cat who craves attention most of the time. And after she gets to know you, she definitely will jump in your lap! She loves weaving in between legs and greets you with a stretch on your leg. Starla loves watching the world outside the window and loves to chase a laser pointer. She's comfortable with being held, carried, and brushed. (And did we mention that she's a lap cat?)

To meet Starla stop by the Berkeley East Bay Humane Society during adoption hours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays at 2700 Ninth St. If you would like to find out more, email cats@berkeleyhumane.org or call 510-845-3633, ext. 14.
