The commission will consider a request by KB Home Northern California to make changes to a portion of the landscape plan for the Renaissance at Bluerock subdivision. Discovery Bay Community Services District Board: 7 p.m. District offices, 1800 Willow Lake Road. Delta Diablo Sanitation District Board of Directors: 5:30 p.m., 2500 Pittsburg-Antioch Highway. The board will receive a report on the annual review of the district's investment policy and will approve modifications to Administrative Handbook Policy Number 3020, Investment of District Funds.thursday
