The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police Feb. 21-25, according to information provided by the Police Department.

Feb. 21

  • Public intoxication: At 1:37 a.m. individuals were arrested for public intoxication on Shirley Street.

  • Theft: At 1:33 p.m. it was reported an unlocked vehicle was burglarized on Adams Lane. Take was a purse.

  • Drugs: At 5:55 p.m. some was arrested on Sycamore Avenue for suspected concentrated cannabis possession. It was also determined the individual was on probation.

    Feb. 22

  • DUI: At 1:27 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested when determined to have a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more

  • Burglary: At 3:35 a.m. it was reported a residence on Carmel Parkway was burglarized. The homeowner caught the subject in the garage and gave chase. Subject was not located.

    Feb. 23

  • Drugs: At 7:32 a.m. someone was contacted while sleeping in the nursery area at CVS on Brentwood Boulevard. The individual was arrested for possession a stolen check, suspected possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. It was also determined the individual was on probation.

  • Domestic disturbance: At 3:31 p.m. officers responded to domestic dispute on Sand Creek Road. Both were arguing about the ownership of a vehicle.

    Feb. 24

  • Burglary: At 2:43 p.m. it was reported a residence on Summer Circle was burglarized. Take was landscaping tools valued at approximately $150.

  • Fraud: At 3:15 p.m. a resident on Barcelona Way reported a credit card was stolen from a mailbox and used in Brentwood, Oakley and Antioch.

  • Burglary: At 7:10 p.m. it was reported a vehicle window was shattered at a residence on Griffith Lane. Take were personal items.

    Feb. 25

  • Theft: At 8:58 a.m. a resident on El Dorado Avenue reported someone drilled through the gas tank of their vehicle and stole fuel.

  • Accident: At 10:11 a.m. officers responded to an injury accident on Harvest Park Drive. All involved refuse medical attention.

  • Fraud: At 10:50 a.m. a resident reported their debit card was used to purchase items in Hong Kong, Antioch and Oakley.
