OAKLAND -- Three people were in the hospital with gunshot wounds and three were behind bars after an early Sunday shooting sparked by an argument at a party, police said.
The three victims were wounded around 3:18 a.m. in the 900 block of 87th Avenue, according to Oakland police. Officers arrested three men -- two shooters and a getaway driver -- in connection with the gunfire.
The shooting appears to have stemmed from an argument during at a party in a nearby club meeting room, police said.
The victims, whom police didn't identify, were hospitalized in stable condition. Police didn't release the names of the suspects.
