SANTA CRUZ -- Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of a man and his two-year-old daughter who left Santa Cruz earlier this month.

On Nov. 5, Jason Joslyn was involved in verbal fight with his wife locally, and ended up leaving the area with their 2-year-old daughter.

His wife, Lisa Joslyn, was left with the couple's infant daughter. She was arrested the next day for child endangerment after the infant was found unattended in a known drug house. Joslyn was intoxicated at the time, police said. She remains in custody at County Jail.

The baby was taken into custody by Child Protective Services.

Santa Cruz police are looking for Jason Joslyn and the other daughter. The family's last known official residence was in Florida, but they came to California about six months ago.

Jason Joslyn was last known to be in San Francisco on Nov. 7 and police believe he may have been heading north to Humboldt County. Santa Cruz police investigators are working with other agencies to find him.

Santa Cruz police ask anyone with information to call the anonymous tipline at 420-5995 or leave a tip at www.santacruzpolice.com or on its cellphone application at http://m.santacruzpolice.com.
