CONCORD -- Police have identified two suspects in a shooting outside the Wendy's restaurant on Monument Boulevard last Friday, and are asking the public's help to find them.

The shooting, which happened around 6 p.m. outside the restaurant at 1551 Monument Blvd., seriously injured one person, but police have not identified the victim or released an update on the person's condition.

Police say the suspects are 17-year-old Concord resident Rafael Junior Zaragoza and 19-year-old Fairfield resident Gustavo Mendez.

Zaragoza is about 5 feet 9 inches tall, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Mendez is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

The pair are considered armed and dangerous.

Police said they have arrest warrants for both suspects for suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. But, searches for the suspects have led nowhere, and they remain at-large.
