SAN FRANCISCO -- Two people were arrested in connection with a Halloween party shooting that left a Burlingame man in critical condition, police said Friday.

The 21-year-old victim, who is now expected to survive, was wounded as he tried to take cover from gunfire under a car in a Marina Boulevard parking lot on Oct. 28, San Francisco police said.

Authorities said they arrested Hun Lee, 30, the suspected shooter, as well as a female accomplice Judiana Lau, 26. As of Friday, the suspects were in custody and the Burlingame man's injuries had improved to the extent that doctors did not consider them life-threatening any longer.
