Randy Travis is on his way to rehab.

Technically, the country singer was sentenced to 180 days in jail after pleading guilty to drunken driving in August. But according to the Grayson County, Texas, district attorney, the sentence was "probated" for two years, essentially meaning he can avoid the big house if he stays out of trouble for two years. If not, he gets the 180 days.

Travis was arrested for drunken driving after police found him lying naked in the road after crashing his car in a construction area near Fort Worth, Texas. No word on why he was driving around naked, though you have to figure it gets pretty hot in Texas in August. Maybe a lot of people do that down there.

Meanwhile, Travis has to go to an inpatient alcohol treatment facility for 30 days and complete 100 hours of community service, according to TMZ. He also has to have an ignition interlock device on any vehicle he drives for two years, which is one of those things people breathe into before starting the car that measures a driver's blood alcohol.
