An OutKast reunion may be on the way.

Rapper Big Boi said he's been "discussing some things" with Andre 3000 to mark the 20th anniversary of their debut album "Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik."

Big Boi recently said he's been trying to convince his collaborator to do a new record, but Andre hasn't been interested. But something may happen in 2014.

"We been kind of discussing some things," Big Boi told Los Angeles radio station Power 106. "Once we map it out, we'll make an announcement. But we'll see. It's 20 years, man. We started out at 15, 16 years old. We made our first album when we were 17 years old. Twenty-five million records later, seven Grammys, I feel great."

NEW PHOTOS SHOW JUSTIN BIEBER SMOKING SOMETHING: New photos of Justin Bieber supposedly smoking marijuana are being shopped to media outlets, according to TMZ.

That's right. The Beebs is on the grass. The weed. The pot. The Mary J., The ...

Sorry.

The photos supposedly show 18-year-old Bieber and his pal , rapper Lil Za, casually passing a blunt back and forth while hanging outside of a Los Angeles home. TMZ said the photos were taken Thursday.

Lil Za, by the way, was pulled over and detained for driving Bieber's Ferrari without a license early Friday morning.

Bieber was also photographed allegedly smoking pot last month -- with rapper Lil Twist -- at a hotel party in Newport Beach.

Does everyone Bieber have around him have to be named Lil?

Lil Selena Gomez had no comment.

Bieber's team has not commented on the matter.

KATE MIDDLETON PRANKSTERS WON'T BE CHARGED: The two Australian DJs whose prank call to a London hospital caring for Kate Middleton, which later apparently prompted a nurse to commit suicide, will not be charged, British prosecutors said Friday.

The DJs impersonated Queen Elizabeth II and her son, Prince Charles, while calling London's King Edward VII hospital in December to ask about the condition of Middleton, who was hospitalized for acute morning sickness.

Nurse Jacintha Saldanha put the call through to another nurse, who gave details of Middleton's condition. Saldanha hanged herself three days later, after the prank became worldwide news.

According to the New York Daily News, prosecutors said there was no evidence to support a charge of manslaughter, and despite "some evidence" to justify investigating whether the pair violated Britain's Data Protection Act and Malicious Communications Act, prosecution wouldn't be in the public interest.

PENELOPE CRUZ PREGNANT AGAIN: Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem are expecting their second child, according to the New York Post.

Great. All the world needs is another homely, untalented child.

The actors already have a 2-year-old son, Leonardo. E! News said Cruz is about three months along.

"Nature is very wise and gives you nine months to prepare, but in that moment -- when you see that face, you are transformed forever," Cruz, 38, has said of parenthood, according to People.com

Reps for the couple haven't commented on the supposed pregnancy.

Cruz and Bardem, 43, both Oscar winners, were married in July 2010 at a friend's home in the Bahamas. Cruz's sister Monica is also pregnant.

E! News reported the couple is currently vacationing on Johnny Depp's private Caribbean island off the coast of the Bahamas.

RANDY TRAVIS SENT TO REHAB: Randy Travis is on his way to rehab.

Technically, the country singer was sentenced to 180 days in jail after pleading guilty to drunk driving in August. But according to the Grayson County District Attorney, the sentence was "probated" for two years, essentially meaning he can avoid the big house if he stays out of trouble for two years. If not, he gets the 180 days.

Travis was arrested for drunk driving after police found him lying naked in the road after crashing his car in a construction area in Texas. No word on why he was driving around naked, though you have to figure it gets pretty hot in Texas in August. Maybe a lot of people do that down there.

Meanwhile, Travis has to go to an inpatient alcohol treatment facility for 30 days and complete 100 hours of community service, according to TMZ. He also has to have an ignition interlock device on any vehicle he drives for two years, which is one of those things people breathe into before starting the car that measures a driver's blood alcohol.

AMANDA BYNES MOVES BEFORE GETTING THROWN OUT: Amanda Bynes is moving out of her NewYork City apartment after her landlord threatened to evict the actress for being a disrespectful rule-breaker.

Anyone who rents to Amanda Bynes must not pay attention to TMZ.

The website said sources at the apartment said Bynes received a letter from building management earlier this month, saying her lease would be terminated because she's a nuisance.

Outrageous. Don't they know who she is? What's next -- hotels not renting rooms to Lindsay Lohan?

Management apparently got several complaints of marijuana smoke coming from her apartment "morning, noon and night," a source told TMZ.

Did they even stop to ask themselves if maybe she has glaucoma?

Sources also said she was also seen smoking pot in the building's hallways. Of course, it's a nonsmoking building.

Last year, in addition to getting in something like 95 car crashes, Bynes was spotted smoking marijuana all over Los Angeles.

Instead of waiting to get kicked out, Bynes apparently decided to find another place to live. TMZ said the moving trucks were outside Friday.

KATIE COURIC WENT OUT WITH LARRY KING: Katie Couric went on a date with Larry King more than two decades ago.

Right. King was still dating when he was 86.

Couric said on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" Thursday she went on an awkward date with fellow talk show host Larry King, according to Us magazine.

"He picks me up from my apartment, and he was driving a Lincoln town car," the 56-year-old Couric said. "We go to this Italian restaurant. They put us right next to each other like they do all the men and their 'nieces,' and he ordered veal poached in chicken stock because he had just had a quadruple bypass, which was hot."

Couric said King, who is 23 years her senior, asked her out when they were both living in Washington, D.C. and she was just 30 years old. At the time, she was open to going out on dates with anyone because she believed they could be learning experiences, regardless of outcome.

It's a good thing she never went out with Ted Bundy.

"We're driving home and I see we're going over Memorial Bridge and that's not the way back to my apartment," she told Kimmel. "So I said, 'Larry, where are we going?' He goes, 'My place.' And I was like, 'Oh, mother of God. Oh God.'"

Cue creepy music.

"We walk in and it's covered with proclamations like 'Larry King Day' and keys to every city in the country. That was sexy," she said. "So we sat there and what can I say? He lunged. ... the whole situation was out of a bad Lifetime movie."

"Incredible," Kimmel managed to say between chuckles.

Couric (who married Jay Monahan in 1989, he died of cancer in 1998) said she ended the evening cordially.

"I said, 'Larry, you are such a nice man, but I would like to meet someone a little closer to my age,'" she said.

"Yeah, someone not from the Paleolithic era," Kimmel said.

According to Us, King, now 79, told Kimmel about the date in 2009, but in his version of the story was obviously less creepy. King said they couldn't go back to Couric's place because her roommate, Wendy Walker (who later became King's executive producer) was home.

"Nothing happened with Katie and I," he told Kimmel.
