Police have not said how the Suisun City teen died, but said they believe Jones acted alone. The girl's naked body was found in a city park earlier this month.

A vigil is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Friday at Allan Witt Park in Fairfield.
"Finally with tears in our hearts, we can now begin to say goodbye to sweet Genelle," the teen's foster family said in a statement.
"The murder of a 13-year-old little girl assaults the very core of who we are and what we stand for as a community," du Bain said this afternoon.
Both Allen's family and du Bain thanked the Fairfield and Suisun City police departments for their investigation.
The arraignment Wednesday is at 1:30 p.m.
