Why can't the Queen start executing people she doesn't want taking pictures of her family?

Oh ... right. It's not the 17th century anymore.

Well, anyway, the British royals are again upset over someone taking pictures of them. This time, some snapped photos of a pregnant Kate Middleton, also known as the Duchess of Cambridge, in a bikini. Reports say the pics are about to be published.

The Duchess was vacationing on the beach with husband Prince William on the private island of Mustique last week when the long-lens shots were taken.

Pretty soon one of these tabloids is going to buy its own satellite, then everyone is in trouble.

"We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas," a spokesman for the couple at St. James's Palace told People.com. "This is a clear breach of the couple's right to privacy."

The photos are expected to be published in Chi magazine this week -- six months after the publication printed photos of Middleton, 31, sunbathing topless while the couple was on its tour of South East Asia.
