Steve Martin just became a father. At age 67.

According to the New York Post, Martin and his wife of almost six years, Anne Stringfield, 41, welcomed a baby in December. The couple was supposedly spotted outside of their Los Angeles home with their brand-new bundle of joy.

Anyone ever think maybe they were baby-sitting, or that it was a rental or something?

"They've had a baby, and how they kept it a secret nobody knows," a source told the New York Post. "Steve's very private."

"They are thrilled," the insider said. "They worked hard to have the baby."

Yeah ... work. It's awful, but someone has to do it.

According to the Huffington Post, Martin and Stringfield were together for three years before they tied the knot in a secret wedding ceremony in July 2007. Guests, including actors Tom Hanks, Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy, were invited to Martin's house for a party, but the pair surprised them by getting married.
