State parole officials said they arrested Christine Hubbs, 44, Friday after she was found to have pornography in her possession at her Hayward home, in violation of her parole. Hubbs was sent to prison in 2010 for having sex with two teenage boys.

DUBLIN -- A Livermore mother who was sentenced to five years in prison for having sex with two underage teen boys has been released from state incarceration but is back in jail after being arrested last week in Hayward on a parole violation.

Christine Shreeve Hubbs, 44, remains at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin on a no-bail hold, which is standard for parole violators.

Hubbs was arrested by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) in Hayward about 11 p.m. Friday , police said.

A spokesman for the CDCR had not returned calls for comment Tuesday afternoon.

Hubbs was arrested in August 2010 on a warrant after the mother of one of the teen boys went to Livermore police a month earlier to report she found a nude photo of Hubbs on her son's cell phone.

The boy told police the sex acts with Hubbs began in December 2008, when he was 14, and continued for a few years.

During that investigation, police learned of a second boy, who said he had a sexual relationship with Hubbs for several months when he was also 14.

Hubbs pleaded no contest to four felony counts: one of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under 16 and three of lewd acts on a child. In exchange for her plea, the Alameda County District Attorney's Office dropped 63 other felony counts in connection with the sex offenses and an unrelated misdemeanor case.

When she was sentenced to the five years in prison, a judge ordered her to serve at least half of the sentence and be on probation for up to 10 years. This month marks 2½ years since her arrest. She also has to register as a sex offender for the course of her life.

The mother of three became known as "Hummer Mom" in the national media because she drove the giant SUV, often with the boys in the vehicle with her.
