Officers responded to a call for a commercial burglary at 11:06 p.m. at Martin Auto Wholesale, 37310 Cedar Blvd., just south of Thornton Avenue near Interstate 880, said Cmdr. Mike Carroll.

A preliminary investigation revealed the thieves broke a window, entered the business and took a safe and computers, Carroll said.

What was in the safe was not immediately known, Carroll said.
