OAKLAND -- A 29-year-old woman who was shot and killed Tuesday morning outside a West Oakland market has been identified, police said.

Police said Kimberly Harvey of East Oakland has relatives in the area of 12th and Peralta streets and may have been on her way to the Family Market at 10:30 a.m. when she was shot outside the store.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said they don't have a motive in the shooting and no arrests have been made.

The gunman was last seen running away.

The killing was Oakland's 19th homicide of the year. Last year at this time there were 26 homicides in the city.

Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the killer. Anyone with information may call police at 510-238-3821 or a tip line at 510-773-2805.
