OAKLAND -- A man found shot to death Monday morning in East Oakland has been identified by police as a 23-year-old Stockton resident who once lived in the neighborhood.
Terrell Reams was found dead about 6:20 a.m. in the 900 block of 90th Avenue by someone on their way to work. He had been dead several hours, police said.
Police said Reams used to live in that area and may have been visiting people before he was shot. Investigators still don't have a motive and no arrests have been made.
