ANTIOCH -- Fire crews extinguished a one-alarm blaze Tuesday afternoon at an Antioch home, according to the Contra Costa Fire Protection District.

Crews were called to the house on the 1400 block of C Street just before 2:30 p.m. and found smoke coming from the eaves and roof, Battalion Chief Bob Atlas said. The fire originated in the bathroom, he said.

The home, which is for sale, was vacant at the time of the fire. Nobody was injured, Atlas said.

Investigators were seeking the cause of the fire, but fire officials said the blaze was most likely accidental.
