CONCORD -- Fire crews have shut down one lane on Highway 4 as they work to clear the area of a small brush fire that began in the center divide, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The fire was reported near the Solano Way off-ramp around 4:32 p.m. No one was reported injured.

Drivers can expect delays as crews work to clear the scene. Smoke may be a hazard and the number one lane on westbound Highway 4 was closed for about 45 minutes.
