BRENTWOOD -- Police are looking for three men who robbed a Brentwood store of jewelry on Monday afternoon, authorities said.

The three men walked into Discoteca Diaz at 7860 Brentwood Blvd. around 3:15 p.m., smashed a glass display case and ran off with jewelry, Brentwood police Sgt. Walter O'Grodnick said.

One of the men pulled a gun and fired two shots in the direction of a store employee who gave chase, O'Grodnick said. No one was struck by the bullets.

The men were last seen fleeing the area in a light-colored van, police said.

Police did not release the value of the jewelry.
