Granger is moving to accept a job in Oregon. His resignation is effective July 1.
The school board will hold a special meeting Monday to discuss how to fill the vacancy created by Granger's resignation. The board has 60 days to either call a special election or appoint someone to fill the rest of Granger's term, which expires in November 2014.
Monday's special board meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the district office, 4400 Alma Ave.
