SAN RAMON -- Police are looking for a man who robbed a bank in San Ramon on Monday, authorities said.

The man walked into the Bank of the West at 140 Sunset Drive at 12:55 p.m., gave a bank teller a note demanding money, and ran out of the branch, police said. Authorities did not release how much money was taken in the heist. No one was injured.

The robber is described as a white man, about 25 to 30 years old, approximately 6-feet 1-inches tall, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black and white baseball hat, black nylon jacket, purple dress shirt with a black tie, gray pants and dark dress shoes.
