ANTIOCH -- An Oakley man died and a Suisun man suffered major injuries in a shooting at a home Saturday night, police said.
Police responded to calls from a home in the 2200 block of Branyan Way around 10 p.m. and arrived to find two people each with more than one gunshot wound, Antioch police Sgt. Tony Morefield said. The Oakley man, a 24-year-old who has not been identified, was taken to a hospital and was pronounced dead there, Morefield said.
The other man, a 20-year-old, underwent surgery for his injuries, but police did not release his prognosis.
Police did not say what may have led to the shooting, and no arrests have been made.
