CONCORD -- A man discovered dead inside a car outside a senior recreation center killed himself, police said Tuesday.
Police were called to the parking lot of the Concord Senior Center at 2727 Parkside Circle around 11:30 a.m. after an employee discovered the body slumped over in the driver's seat. Detectives investigating the scene later found evidence about the cause of death.
