ANTIOCH -- Police on Wednesday arrested a 19-year-old Antioch man suspected of shooting someone after an argument outside a Jack In The Box on Sunday night.

Detectives caught up to Elijah Hill at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, but police did not say where he was arrested. Hill is expected to be charged with attempted homicide in the shooting, which happened just after 4 p.m. on Sunday. He was being held at County Jail in Martinez in lieu of $1.45 million bail.

A 33-year-old man wounded in the shooting remained in critical condition on Wednesday, Antioch Acting Police Capt. Robin Kelley said. Hill and the victim are believed to have been arguing outside the Jack In the Box just before the shooting occurred, she said.
