CONCORD -- Police arrested a 19-year-old Concord man Saturday after he allegedly broke into two units at a condominium complex and a car.
Residents called police just before 9:15 p.m. to report that someone was seen inside an unlocked vehicle at the Parkwood Place complex on Clayton Road near Claycord Avenue, Concord police Lt. Ivan Menchaca said.
The man, identified by police as Francisco Carrillo, was arrested after police arrived. He is suspected of breaking into two residences at the complex, Menchaca said.
Carrillo is expected to face charges of burglary and petty theft, Menchaca said. The latter charge was for stealing a bag of sunflower seeds from inside the vehicle.
