ANTIOCH -- Two men shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex early Wednesday were expected to survive, police said.

A 46-year-old Antioch man and 23-year-old Pittsburg man were injured in the shooting, which police said happened about 3:05 a.m. in the 3400 block of Hudson Court. Police said one of the men was shot in the face and the other at least once in each leg.

An ambulance took one of the men to a hospital, but the other man refused a trip to the hospital after being treated by officers and medical personnel at the scene, police said.

No arrests have been made, and police did not identify any suspects.

The violence marked the second shooting on the street in just more than two weeks. A man shot in the neck at the corner of Hudson Court and Fairview Avenue on May 19 survived. No arrests have been made in connection with that shooting.
