The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police June 22-26 according to information provided by the Police Department.
June 22 Theft: At 7:01 a.m. it was reported the rear license plates were stolen from two vehicles on Brentwood Boulevard. Theft: At 6:37 p.m. it was reported someone stole merchandise from a business on Lone Tree Way. Subject was later apprehended and arrested for possession of stolen goods in the city of Tracy. Fraud: At 7:36 p.m. someone attempted to pass a counterfeit $20 bill at a business on Lone Tree Way.
June 23 License violation: At 8:17 a.m. someone stopped on Lone Tree Way and Canada Valley Road was arrested for driving with a suspended license due to a prior DUI conviction. Felony vandalism: At 5:05 p.m. a resident on Panorama Way reported tires were slashed on a vehicle at the residence. Accident: At 10:15 p.m. someone fleeing the scene of a vehicle accident on Minnesota Avenue and Balfour Road was later arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
June 24 Warrant: At 1:19 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Sand Creek Road and Brentwood Boulevard was arrested for an outstanding warrant. DUI: At 1:45 a.m. a juvenile stopped for a vehicle code violation on Berry Lane and Central Boulevard was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Accident: At 7:50 p.m. a noninjury accident occurred on San Jose Avenue and Chambers Circle.
June 25 Vandalism: At 11:17 a.m. a resident on Pasco Drive reported someone jumped or sat on a vehicle causing damage to the hood, fender and mirror. Assault: At 6:45 p.m. officers responded to the report of an physical fight involving two individuals on McClarren Road. One subject was taken to a hospital for injuries. Theft: At 7:30 p.m. a female reported her wallet was stolen while she was distracted at a business on Sand Creek Road.
June 26 Theft: At 8:31 a.m. a female at a residence on Foothill Drive reported her mail was stolen. Accident: At 3:31 p.m. someone hitting the gas pedal instead of the brakes, drove through a gate at a gated community on Central Park Place. Accident: At 6:15 p.m. a misdemeanor hit-and-run accident occurred on Brentwood Boulevard.
