The following calls were among those handled by the Antioch police July 31-Aug. 5, according to information provided by the Police Department. July 31

  • Burglary: At 9:43 a.m. it was reported a residence in the 4700 block of Country Hills Drive was burglarized. Entry was made through the front door.

  • Assault: At 12:52 p.m. a female on Blythe Drive and James Donlon Boulevard reported her husband hit her in the face and slammed her head against the car before leaving the scene. Victim refused medical treatment.

  • Burglary: At 6:53 p.m. it was reported a residence in the 2400 block of Brittany Court was burglarized. Entry was made through a side garage door.

    Aug. 1

  • Burglary: At 2:45 p.m. it was reported a residence in the 900 block of West Ninth Street was burglarized. Take was an TV, Xbox and laptop.

  • Robbery: At 8:23 p.m. a male was robbed of a cell phone by four males in the 4700 block of Lone Tree Way.

    Aug. 2

  • Robbery: At 4:22 a.m. a female reported she was robbed at gunpoint by a male at a gas station on West Ninth and K streets. Take was a purse, money and cell phone.

  • Assault: At 5:54 p.m. a female in came to the Antioch Police Station to report a live-in boyfriend hit her in the lip causing injury. Victim stated the

    abuse was ongoing.

  • Assault: At 11:54 p.m. a male in the 2800 block of Cadiz Lane reported being struck with a machete by an unknown person driving a gray vehicle.

    Aug. 3

  • Shots fired: At 12:57 a.m. a resident in the 3800 block of Osprey Drive reported hearing screams followed by gunshots.

  • Robbery: At 10:42 a.m. a female was robbed and assaulted in the 3700 block of Sunset Lane. Take was a purse.

  • Robbery: 4:15 p.m. a male reported he was robbed and threatened by three males in the 3600 block of Mallard Way. Take was a cell phone and $80.

    Aug. 4

  • Burglary: At 6:32 a.m. it was reported a residence in the 3300 block of Meadowbrook Road was burglarized.

  • Burglary: At 9:18 a.m. it was reported a residence in the 3100 block of Ashburton Drive was burglarized.

    Aug. 5

  • Robbery: At 2:41 p.m. a female was robbed in the parking lot of Walmart on Lone TreeWay.

  • Burglary: At 9:04 p.m. it was reported a residence in the 1000 block of West 14th Street was burglarized.
