The following calls were among those handled by the Oakley police Sept. 17-23, according to information provided by the Police Department.

Sept. 17

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with property damage occurred on Carpenter Road and Empire Avenue.

  • Battery: Someone was arrested in the 1300 block of Yosemite Circle for misdemeanor battery.

  • Violation: Someone was arrested in the 5700 block of Bridgehead Road for violation of a domestic violence restraining order.

    Sept. 18

  • Burglary: A commercial building in the 1300 block of Main Street was burglarized.

  • Burglary: A residence in the 300 block of Lorenz Drive was burglarized.

  • Vandalism: Officers responded to the 200 block of East Ruby Street for a report of vandalism.

    Sept. 19

  • Drugs: Someone was arrested on Carol Lane and Main Street for suspicion of being under the influence of drugs.

  • Warrant: Someone was arrested in the 600 block of Chandon Court for and outstanding warrant.

  • Battery: Officers responded to the 500 block of Whitehall Court for a report of a domestic violence incident.

    Sept. 20

  • DUI: Someone was arrested on Laurel Road and

    Mercedes Lane when determined to be driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more.

  • Stolen vehicle: A vehicle was reported stolen from the 3800 block of Marsh Way.

  • Probation violation: Someone was arrested in the 5200 block of Live Oak Avenue for violation of parole.

    Sept. 21

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with injuries occurred in the 4600 block of Neroly Road.

  • Burglary: A commercial building in the 1600 block of Main Street was burglarized.

  • Suspicious circumstances: Officers responded to the 200 block of Château Court for a report of suspicious circumstances.

    Sept. 22

  • Stolen vehicle: A vehicle was reported stolen from the 1500 block of Gamay Circle.

  • Assault: Officers responded to the 1300 block of Bynum Way for the report of an assault with a deadly weapon.

  • Public intoxication: Someone was arrested on Main Street and Vintage Parkway for public intoxication.

    Sept. 23

  • Recovery: Officers recovered a stolen vehicle on Trafalgar Way and Winchester Drive.

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with property damage occurred on Laurel Road and Main Street.

  • Disturbance: Officers responded to the 2100 block of Megan Drive for the report of a disturbance.
