The following calls were among those handled by the Oakley police Sept. 24-30, according to information provided by the Police Department.

Sept. 24

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with property damage occurred on Brown and Carpenter roads.

  • DUI: Someone was arrested on Laurel Road and Main Street when determined to be driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more.

  • Burglary: It was reported that a residence in the 4800 block of Canopy Lane was burglarized.

    Sept. 25

  • Public intoxication: Someone was arrested in the 2100 block of Main Street on suspicion of public intoxication.

  • Stolen vehicle: A vehicle was reported stolen from Live Oak Avenue and Main Street.

  • Battery: Officers responded to the 4900 block of Frank Hengel Way for a report of battery.

    Sept. 26

  • Drugs: Someone was arrested in the 1600 block of Main Street for suspected drug possession.

  • Battery: Officers responded to the 200 block of Hibiscus Way for a report of misdemeanor battery.

  • Burglary: It was reported that a vehicle in the 3900 block of Creekside Way was burglarized.

    Sept. 27

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with injuries occurred on West Cypress Road and O'Hara Avenue.

  • Battery: Officers responded to the 200 block of Brazil Court for the report of felony battery.

  • Illegal alcohol sale: Someone was arrested in the 4500 block of Main Street on suspicion of selling alcohol to a minor.

    Sept. 28

  • Civil problem: Officers responded to the 4600 block of Main Street for the report of a civil problem.

  • Battery: Officers responded to the 1000 block of Neroly Road for the report of misdemeanor battery.

  • Petty theft: Officers responded to the 2500 block of Main Street for a report of petty theft from a business.

    Sept. 29

  • Assault: Officers responded to the 900 block of Main Street for a report of an assault with a deadly weapon.

  • Shots fired: Officers responded to the 2100 block of Meadowlark Lane for the report of shots fired into an occupied dwelling.

  • Drugs: Someone was arrested on Amador Avenue and Norcross Lane on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs.

    Sept. 30

  • Missing person: Officers responded to the 2100 block of Connie Lane for the report of a missing adult.

  • Warrant: Someone was arrested in the 100 block of Carol Lane for an outstanding warrant.

  • Grand theft: Officers responded to the 3600 block of Mosswood Drive for the report of grand theft from a building.
