The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police Nov. 9-13, according to information provided by the Police Department.
Nov. 9
Theft: At 10:40 a.m. a female reported her purse was stolen in the lunch room at a school on Minnesota Avenue. Stolen vehicle: At 10:57 a.m. a vehicle was reported stolen from Positano Place. Robbery: At 3 p.m. officers responded to a robbery on American Avenue. Take was a cell phone.Nov. 10
DUI: At 2:38 a.m. someone stopped for vehicle code violations on Brentwood Boulevard and Delta Road was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Theft: At 11:39 officers responded to a business on Lone Tree Way for a report of petty theft of food and beverages. Warrant: At 11:45 p.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Balfour Road and Highway 4 was arrested when found to have an outstanding no-cite traffic warrant. Nov. 11
Assault: At 1:03 a.m. officers responded to Sand Creek Road for the report of an assault. The victim was taken to a hospital for facial injuries. Drugs: At 3:02 a.m. someone was arrested on First Street for suspicion of being under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. Weapon: At 7:33 p.m. a female reported someone brandished a firearm while she was driving on Brentwood Boulevard.Nov. 12
Stolen vehicle: At 1:19 p.m. a vehicle was reported stolen from Brentwood Boulevard. Accident: At 11:29 a.m. a tractor/trailer driver struck a traffic light pole on Oak Street and left the scene before police arrived. License violation: At 7:42 p.m. someone stopped for a mechanical violation on Fairview Avenue and Sand Creek Road was arrested when found to be driving with a suspended license. Stolen vehicle: At 7:52 p.m. a vehicle was reported stolen from the corner of Panorama Court and Legacy Street. Nov. 13
Drugs: At 3:45 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Walnut Boulevard was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. Weapon: At 6:45 p.m. a male parolee was arrested on Lone Tree Way following a domestic dispute for possession of a shotgun, suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspend license. Burglary: At 6:49 p.m. it was reported a residence on Cobalt Lane was burglarized. Entry was made through a rear window. -- Nan Hargis
