CAMPBELL -- The Whole Foods here has completed a four-month remodel that involved redesigning nearly half the grocery store.
Whole Foods will open Tuesday with a new bakery and prepared food department, which include a new pizza oven, juice bar, and expanded kitchens. A wall that had previous separated the grocery store from the neighboring Whole Foods-owned nail salon and beauty products store has been knocked down. The store stayed open throughout construction.
The Texas-based natural foods grocer will celebrate the remodel on Saturday with live music, street food and seafood samples from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1690 Bascom Ave. in Campbell.
Whole Foods Los Altos also finished remodeling this week and will host a grand re-opening event Oct. 12.
