PLEASANT HILL -- Quarterback Dmitri Salido completed all five of his first half passes for 170 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Falcons (3-1-1) past the Farmers (0-4) in a nonleague game at Diablo Valley College.

Salido opened the scoring in the first quarter with a 6-yard touchdown run and connected with Timmy Jackson for a 47-yard score for College Park's first two TDs.

After the Falcons recovered an onside kick, Ray Jackson scored on a 43-yard run to give College Park an 18-7 lead with 7:05 left in the second quarter.

Ray Jackson scored again just before halftime, catching a 61-yard touchdown pass from Salido with 2:21 left in the second quarter. After a two-point conversion, College Park had a 26-7 lead at halftime.

On the first possession of the third quarter, the Farmers looked to bounce back thanks to a Hayward fumble recovery on the Falcons' 7-yard line. Farmers running back Dakarai Collington then found the end zone on a 3-yard touchdown run to cut College Park's lead to 26-14.

The Falcons regrouped on their second possession of the third quarter when Ray Jackson took a pitch to the left side and scored on a 9-yard run, capping an eight-play, 87-yard drive to lengthen the Falcons' lead to 32-14.

With 4:16 remaining in the third quarter, Farmers playmaker Amari Evans took a hook-and-ladder play 69 yards for the last points of the game. Evans finished with nine attempts and 103 yards with two rushing touchdowns.

Salido finished the game completing 6 of 7 passes for 189 yards and two touchdowns. Salido also gained 93 yards on the ground with a rushing touchdown.

"Our blocking scheme went well, everyone blocked aggressively from our offensive line to our receivers," Salido said.

Ray Jackson who finished with 104 yards and two touchdowns and a receiving touchdown catch of 61 yards.

"It was a big pick-up game for us this week" Ray Jackson said. "We have a bye and start league (Diablo Valley Athletic League) in two weeks against Clayton Valley, who is usually a big team with smart coaching, the game will be a good match-up for us."
