Los Angeles Clippers player Zack Randolph was arrested today for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol on the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway near the Del Rey area of Los Angeles, authorities said.

California Highway Patrol officers stopped a white Rolls Royce that Randolph was driving about 2:25 a.m. near Washington Boulevard, the CHP reported.

The vehicle was being operated "at approximately 60 miles per hour and weaving in and out of the No. 4 lane," the CHP reported in a statement.

"Upon contacting Randolph, the officers noticed an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from within the vehicle," the statement continued. Officers determined that Randolph was "under the influence of alcohol," according to the statement.

Randolph, 27, was booked for DUI and bail was set at $5,000, the CHP reported. Randolph was released on bail about 9 a.m., and was scheduled to appear April 27 in LAX Municipal Court, the sheriff's department reported.
