The accident occurred in the 8400 block of Aura Avenue near Roscoe Boulevard about 8:50 p.m., according to a sergeant at the Los Angeles Police Department's Valley Traffic Division.

The two victims were taken to a hospital, where they were listed in stable condition, he said.

The driver, who remained at the scene following the accident, was treated for an arm injury by paramedics, an On Scene Video camera crew reported. The driver apparently was a neighbor of the two victims, according to On Scene.
