HESPERIA - Two suspected gang members were arrested on Saturday on suspicion of drug sales and possession of stolen property, deputies said Sunday.

Michael Robert Moore, 34, of Hesperia and Hollie Elizabeth Griggs, 33, of Victorville were arrested after San Bernardino County Victorville MET/Gang unit responded to the 11000 block of Mariposa Road after getting reports of a stolen vehicle.

Deputies found the stolen vehicle being driven by Moore with Griggs as his passenger. Moore attempted to elude deputies, but he was caught.

Moore had a substance deputies believed to be heroin and related to heroin sales, according to a sheriff's news release. Griggs also had items related to heroin distribution. Sheriff's officials say Moore is a member of the white supremacist gang known as the White Aryan Resistance (WAR) Skins.

Deputies got a search warrant for Moore's residence where they found fraudulent checks and ID making equipment, according to the release.

Both men were booked into West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga on suspicion of possession of stolen property, possession of heroin for sale and participating in a criminal street gang.

Detectives are looking into the fraudulent items that were found.
