FONTANA - Fontana police are investigating the death of a motorcyclist who was killed Thursday night in a crash on Jurupa Avenue.

The motorcycle rider, identified as 32-year-old Jonathan Scott Brodeur of Fontana, crashed while traveling on Jurupa Avenue near Volante Drive, coroner's officials said.

It was unclear why Brodeur lost control of the motorcycle.

An autopsy will be conducted.
