Police investigators are probing a possible gang-related shooting that wounded two men, police said Monday.

Patrol officers responded to a call at about 9:50 p.m. Sunday at the parking lot of a liquor store at Anaheim Street and Ohio Avenue, according to Long Beach Police Department spokeswoman Nancy Pratt.

Both victims were rushed to local hospitals with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries, Pratt said.

She added that investigators don't believe there's a link between the shooting and the store.

The investigation is ongoing, Pratt said, adding there's no suspect information at this time.
