SANTA CRUZ - Santa Cruz County is one of 11 finalists for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Roadmaps to Health Prize, United Way of Santa Cruz County announced Monday.

"I'm excited," said Megan Joseph, community organizer with United Way of Santa Cruz County. "They're looking for best practices to replicate."
