LONG BEACH — Traffic has been slowed on the Long Beach (710) Freeway after an accident near Pacific Coast Highway involving a tractor trailer and a Toyota sedan, according to a California Highway Patrol spokesman.

The accident occurred on the northbound 710 at 7:16 p.m. There were no fatalities, the CHP reported.

No other details were available as the accident was being investigated.
