SAN DIEGO—Deputies used a stun gun on at least one person as they arrested six at a raucous house party in Rancho Santa Fe where someone was stabbed.
San Diego Sheriff's Sgt. Joe Passalacqua says a fight broke out as deputies arrived at the home where some 200 people were gathered early Saturday. Deputies used a Taser to subdue one individual. Several people were charged with disorderly conduct or resisting arrest.
City News Service reports there was evidence of a bloody crime, although the stabbing suspect and victim had fled.
A man with stab wounds to his arm was later discovered by deputies at a local hospital. Passalacqua says the unidentified stabbing victim was pepper sprayed and arrested after he became aggressive with deputies.
Investigators are searching for the stabbing suspect.
