DOWNEY — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a Downey couple that went missing on Dec. 12 after leaving a Marie Callender's restaurant at 7860 Florence Blvd.

Edward George Delis, 100, and his wife, Rita Eileen, 90, did not return home after dinner. Police checked their home, and found the lights on and the bed appearing to not have been slept in, officials said.

Their prescribed medication was also in the home.

Family members say the elderly couple does not drive outside Downey, and has no information on their whereabouts.

Edward Delis is described as white, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-11 tall, weighing 140 to 175 pounds, with blue-gray hair. He was last wearing a dark button shirt with blue pants.

Rita is white, 5-foot-2, weighs 110 pounds, and has short hazel/gray hair. She was wearing a blue sweater with a brown shirt and brown slacks.

They were driving a 1999 Green Oldsmobile four-door sedan, with the license plate of 4 GLE319.
