LONG BEACH (CNS)- Four people were transported to hospitals, three in unknown condition and one with minor injuries, after a black Toyota 4 Runner rolled over and one person was ejected on the Ocean Boulevard on-ramp to the Long Beach (710) Freeway early this morning, a Long Beach firefighter said.

The accident was reported at 1:55 a.m., said firefighter Matt Dobberpuhl.

"There were five people inside the car. One person was ejected and two self-extricated, but two were trapped inside," Dobberpuhl said.

Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to free the two people who were trapped. They were transported to hospitals, along with the person who was ejected, he said.

One of the people who got out on their own later complained about pain and was also transported to a hospital, Dobberpuhl said.
