Newman Police Lt. Brett Short told the Modesto Bee ( http://bit.ly/RVklVq) that a 14-year-old boy brought the baked goods to Orestimba High School on Monday and sold them to two 15-year-old boys.
Short says after the 14-year-old was identified as the boy who brought the brownies to the school's campus, he was arrested on suspicion of selling drugs and child endangerment.
The two 15-year-olds were arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs on campus and child endangerment.
Four other students officials say ate the brownies—two girls and two boys—were cited and released for being under the influence of drugs.
The two girls went also went to a hospital after becoming ill.
