Victor Duran Hernandez, 29, of Needles was arrested during the investigation and booked into jail on suspicion of unauthorized possession of drugs, and possessing drugs with firearms, sheriff's officials said.
San Bernardino County sheriff's narcotics investigators came to the Delta 9 dispensary at 221 H St. about 8 a.m. Deputies had been investigating reports of illegal marijuana sales at the location for several weeks.
Deputies searched two homes in Needles, including Hernandez's. At his home, they found hallucinogenic mushrooms, illegal high-capacity firearm magazines, an SKS assault rifle with illegal modifications and other firearms, officials said.
More evidence was seized from a home in Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
