Police tell the Riverside Press-Enterprise (http://bit.ly/10n7PhS) that 39-year-old Kenneth Rashawn Crawford was arrested Saturday night.
Jail records show Crawford was booked for investigation of five counts of robbery, using a firearm during commission of a felony and kidnap for ransom or robbery. He's being held on $1 million bail. He has yet to enter a plea, and it's unclear if he's hired an attorney.
Beginning in January, massage parlors were robbed in Riverside, Ontario, Fontana, Upland, Chino, Moreno Valley and Jurupa (hoo-ROO'-puh) Valley.
Riverside police said in a statement that one of their officers on patrol Saturday night recognized Crawford, pulled him over and arrested him.
