DENAIR, Calif.—A judge has heard grisly details of blood-splattered walls and a mother's plaintive appeals, as a preliminary hearing continues for an 18-year-old Central Valley girl accused of killing her father and injuring her mother.

A Stanislaus County Sheriff's deputy testified on Tuesday that there was blood everywhere when he walked into the Denair home where he found Shanna Wills and her parents, Kenneth and Susan, on Mother's Day 2011.

Shanna Wills is facing murder, attempted murder and assault charges in the death of her father and the attack on her mother. She has pleaded not guilty.

Her mother also testified on Tuesday, saying she told her daughter, "You're Killing Us," as the girl stabbed her with a knife.

The Modesto Bee reports ( that the preliminary hearing was set to continue on Wednesday.
