The Contra Costa County library system is creating a new strategic plan to replace that last plan developed in 2006. It seeks input from the entire community through an online survey, community meetings and one-on-one interviews with civic leaders, business representatives and others.

More information about the Contra Costa County library system, including the strategic plan online survey, is available by calling 800-984-4636 or by visiting www.ccclib.org.
