Chris Brown surrendered his phone and Internet access earlier this week when he went to rehab for court-ordered anger management, but he wouldn't give up his pot without a fight, according to TMZ.

Right, his pot. You know, grass, weed, Mary J, reefer, the Maui wowie, the bud, the chronic, the ...

Anyway, Brown reportedly told staff his marijuana was prescribed by a doctor for depression, but the staff rejected his request.

I bet that made him ... angry.

Brown reportedly said the stuff made him calm -- which makes me think he should have it through an IV 24 hours a day -- but the officials wouldn't budge.

A judge last week ordered Brown to enroll in a live-in anger management facility for 90 days following his previous stint in anger rehab, which lasted about two weeks before Brown was booted for throwing a rock through his mother's car window, because she was trying to convince him he needed to stay longer. Which, obviously, he didn't need.
