Chambordlada

Makes 1 cocktail

3 ounces pineapple juice

1 ounce Coco Lopez Coconut Cream

2 ounces white rum

1 ounce Chambord

1. Puree all the ingredients except the Chambord in a blender.

2. Pour Chambord into a glass or goblet and add the blended colada. Garnish with an edible orchid and a paper parasol.
